CK resin equivalent to DOW’S VYNS-3 /WACKERS’ H11/59 resin

Vinyl chloride and vinyl acetate PVAC resins are high molecular weight copolymers that form a CK-type solution. It is offered in powder form. The primary use of the resin is in bonding magnetic card substrates such as phone cards and credit cards. Vinyl resin type CK provides adhesion to both rigid and flexible PVC substrates. It has an excellent tensile strength in peelable coatings.

General Applications
Over varnishes and coatings for use in civil engineering; Removable covers; Inks, both transparent and colored; topcoats for synthetic leather.

Packing and Storage:

25 Kg /Bag; Craft Paper Bag or PP Knitted Bag lined with plastic film.

550 Kg /Jumbo Bag; PP Knitted Bag lined with plastic film.
The CK type agent is usually vinyl resin supplied in powder form. The CK resin must be stored in its original sealed packaging in a dry place.
When stored at a temperature of 24 (75H) and low humidity, the shelf life of CK resin is about twenty-four months. Some discoloration of the product may occur after prolonged storage at higher temperatures or in humid conditions.
Safety issues should be addressed by checking the safety data sheet and the SGS report when storing items in a dry place at room temperature.
